😖 Painful Callus on a Tradie’s Big Toe! Ever wondered why calluses keep coming back? This tradie

😖 Painful Callus on a Tradie’s Big Toe! Ever wondered why calluses keep coming back? This tradie had a painful callus on the inside of his big toe. While removing the callus gives immediate relief, it’s only part of the treatment. The most important step is finding what’s causing the pressure. In this case, the problem was likely a combination of: 👷 A safety boot with a protective toe cap that was too small, too shallow, or not sitting in the correct position. 👣 The foot rolling in too much (overpronation), increasing pressure and rubbing on the inside of the big toe. Your body forms a callus to protect itself from repeated pressure. Unfortunately, as the skin gets thicker, it creates even more pressure, making the callus more painful over time. Today, we carefully removed the callus to make the foot more comfortable. Next, we’ll work on reducing the pressure by fitting him into a wide, deep toe cap Ergonx work boot with our podiatrist-designed cushioned arch support. The wider toe box helps relieve pressure on the big toe, while the arch support helps limit overpronation so the foot moves more efficiently throughout the workday. We’ll review him again in six weeks to see how the skin has responded. The goal isn’t just to remove the callus—it’s to reduce the pressure that’s causing it in the first place. If you’re getting painful calluses, sore toes or aching feet at work, it might be time to look at what’s inside your work boots. 👉 Learn more at https://ergonx.com.au #Ergonx #CallusRemoval #TradieLife #WorkBoots #FootPain
