This painter came in with severe over-pronation in his right foot — his foot was rolling in well

This painter came in with severe over-pronation in his right foot — his foot was rolling in well beyond what we’d consider normal every time it hit the ground. We filmed him walking side-by-side on the treadmill before and after. Before, his foot was collapsing inward under load. That kind of over-pronation puts extra strain through the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back and is a common reason tradies end up with ongoing foot pain. Then we put him into our podiatrist-designed ergonomic work boots with built-in arch support and orthotic insoles. Straight away, the footage changed. His foot moved back into a normal pronation range, the arch was supported, and the foot stopped rolling in excessively. The biggest result? He hasn’t had any foot pain since. This is what happens when proper arch support, an orthotic insole, a stable midsole, and an ergonomic work boot are all working together instead of letting your feet collapse all day. If your boots are letting your feet roll in and overwork themselves, it’s time to change what’s under your feet.
