Delivery is FREE to USA, Canada, Mexico for orders sent from our USA warehouse over $100
Delivery within USA, Canada and Mexico is Approx $7 USD for orders under $100 sent from our USA Warehouse.
Allow for 7 – 10 working days delivery time.
Postage for returns of purchases via Ergonx Online is offered for free on work boots and work shoes ONLY where they can be resold, returned in the same condition as they are sent with tags.

Ergonx Comfort Guarantee:
Ergonx will refund the Ergonx purchase price (does not include delivery charge) if the product is returned to the place of purchase within 30 days in an unworn condition, with tags.
Refund will be processed once items are received and inspected Warranty
6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use
Warranty claims must be submitted with clear photos and description
Customer responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims
Replacement or refund provided for approved warranty claims

Ergonx Footwear 6 Month Warranty:
Our safety footwear is proudly supported by a manufacturer's warranty lasting six (6) months from the purchase date. Ergonx's safety shoes and boots are covered by a warranty for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, guarding against any defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage conditions and intended purposes.
Please note that this warranty will not be applicable if our products are deemed to have been misused or subjected to excessive wear and tear, including exposure to chemicals, cement, lime, or extreme heat beyond their intended use environments. To claim any warranty, the purchaser must present the footwear along with proof of purchase to the original place of purchase. Upon submission, the footwear will be inspected by one of our authorised employees at Ergonx.
If the footwear is found to be defective, we will undertake necessary repairs and return the footwear to you if feasible. If repair is not possible, Ergonx will provide a replacement pair of footwear. It is essential to note that this warranty is complementary to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not restrict or limit them.
Our products are accompanied by guarantees that are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. You have the entitlement to receive a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable minor damages.
Furthermore, if the goods do not meet acceptable quality standards and do not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced.
