Are softer boots always better for standing all day?

Not necessarily. Compare cushioning with heel hold, forefoot room and comfortable arch contact. The complete fit matters more than one soft component.

Should I buy a bigger size if my boots feel tight?

Check width and depth before adding length. Extra length can leave the heel loose without solving pressure across the forefoot.

How do I choose between 2E and 4E?

Try your usual work socks and compare toe room, instep pressure and heel hold. Selected Helium models offer 2E and 4E widths. Check the available widths and size guide on your chosen product.

Can I use my own orthotics?

Check the removable footbed, available depth and heel hold with your own insert. Follow your clinician’s fitting instructions rather than automatically stacking inserts.

Where is the zip on Helium boots?

The zip is on the inside of the boot, facing the other foot. Adjust the laces for fit, then use the inside zip to put the boots on and take them off.
