I carry 100 kgs around either a pickleball court or tennis court 3 - 4 times a week. I have previously used custom orthotics for poor arches , which offer great shape but still lead to some soreness as they don’t cushion my feet as well as the ultra soft inserts from ergonx. These Ultra softs offer very good arch support plus some extra support for toe push off, ball of foot for stopping and heel padding for softening the stride. Overall very happy with them . They come true to size or possibly a little oversized but can be trimmed to fit. I have not found them to be too tall in the shoe nor felt more open for ankle twisting . These inserts meet my needs very well.

I bought these inner soles due to planta fasciitis in my heels and instead of going to a podiatrist I invested in these inner soles and I honestly have not looked back! It’s been 2 years with these in my shoes and I put them in every shoe I wear eg sneakers, work shoes etc. I love them so much and I’ve never had this pain again. They are super comfortable and cushion your feet to align correctly how they should. I have bought these for my partner for his work boots and he said they are the best inner soles he’s ever used!

Very happy with these products. I am using almost all of the ergonx range of innersoles in my shoes (some shoes can use the full innersole and some need the half or slim innersole). They literally have one for every purpose and most importantly they work. My knee pain has completely gone.
